You must activate your certificate by the expiration date stated. If
activated after the expiration date, your certificate will be invalid. When
registering your certificate, you must answer all questions or your certificate is disqualified.
During the registration process you must select either the Gas, Groceries,
Merchandise or Restaurant program and designate the Store or Brand along with the City and State from which you will collect receipts during the redemption period. Only receipts from your selected Store or Brand qualify. Receipts from other vendors do not qualify. If you fail to select Gas or Groceries or, leave the Store or Brand name blank, your certificate will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
Once your certificate is activated, you will be mailed via regular US Postal Service your first set of monthly redemption coupons valid for the first quarter redemption period (see schedule below.) The starting month for these coupons will be the first month after the month you
activated your certificate. If activated online your registration date is the day in which you completed and submitted the online form. If
activated by mail your registration date is the day when your vouchers promo code is physically entered by one of our agents into our redemption database (allow up to 30 days depending on volume.) We strongly recommend that you
register online at www.receiptredemption.com.
You cannot begin collecting receipts for submission until the month after you activate. Submitting receipts from the month you activated, rather than from the next month, invalidates that month.
If you have selected the Gas program you must mail and postmark (by the 2nd day of the next month) the correctly labeled coupon along with a minimum of $100 USD before taxes in original and legible gas (any grade gasoline or diesel fuel) sales receipts from the
Gas Station, City and State you selected during the activation process.
If you have selected the Groceries program you must mail and postmark (by the 2nd day of the next month) the correctly labeled coupon along with a minimum of $100 USD before taxes in original and legible grocery (human food & non-alcoholic beverages) sales receipts from the
Grocery Station, City and State you selected during the activation process.
If you have selected the Merchandise program you must mail and postmark (by the 2nd day of the next month) the correctly labeled coupon along with a minimum of $100 USD before taxes in original and legible
merchandise (New, brand name apparel, housewares, electronics or general merchandise.) sales receipts from the
Retail Store, City and State you selected during the activation process.
If you have selected the Restaurant program you must mail and postmark (by the 2nd day of the next month) the correctly labeled coupon along with a minimum of $100 USD before taxes in original and legible
restaurant (human food & non-alcoholic beverages) sales receipts from the
Restaurant, City and State you selected during the activation process.
When mailing monthly coupons and receipts, the "due date" for that submission must be postmarked by the 2nd day of the next month or earlier. You are provided with a 2-day grace period from the last day of the month to make certain your submission is mailed and postmarked correctly. All submissions postmarked after the 2nd day of the following month are invalid.
Within fifteen days of receipt of your monthly submission, we will post the status of your receipts on-line. You may check the status of your program qualification by logging onto www.receiptredemption.com and clicking on the status button.
The coupon submitted each month must be the original coupon labeled for that month. Coupons from the wrong month, or from a month that does not match the month on your receipts, are disqualified. Photocopies of original coupons or altered coupons invalidate that month.
The monthly receipts must be original and legible and must include the Store or Brand Name, Date, City and State or the receipts are disqualified, except where prohibited by law. If the receipt is illegible, you may handwrite the name of the Store or Brand and the Date on the receipt without disqualifying the receipt.
Only one receiptredemption.com program per household per year is permitted. If more than one coupon for the same type is submitted, the earlier coupon is accepted and all others are disqualified. If your certificate is disqualified at any time, you will not be able to use the same type of certificate for one year from the time of disqualification.
Receipts where the date of purchase does not match the month of the coupon are disqualified. Only one coupon may be redeemed within a 30-day period. If multiple coupons of the same type from the same registered address are submitted, only one will be fulfilled and all others submitted will be voided.
Multiple receipts from the same day are not permitted. If more than one receipt from the same day is submitted, the receipt with the highest valid total is used, and the others are disqualified. Multiple receipts from the same month are permitted, and the total of those valid receipts will be used to calculate the total valid receipts submitted for any given month.
This program is valid for the time and dollar amount printed on the original certificate and is eligible to cash out quarterly (every 3 months) in accordance with the following schedule. You may only cash out once per certificate promo code and once you elect to cash out your program will be completed. Each time you successfully fulfill the requirements for a 3 month period you will have the option to continue to the next dollar level or cash out.

If you elect to continue to the next redemption period to cash out you will receive a new set of monthly redemption coupons specific for that time frame.
Coupons may only be redeemed by mailing the coupon and receipts to the address provided. Coupons have no cash value and will not be accepted by the retailer.
This offer is void where prohibited by law. Lost or stolen certificates and/or monthly coupons cannot be replaced.
